About Me

My name is Emily Jimenez. I was born and raised in NYC and am of Puerto Rican descent. Growing up, there was no money for travel. It has always been a dream of mine to travel and see the world. I started traveling in my early 20's as a single mother with my 2 boys. We went without a lot of the  time to save money to be able to vacation and it soon became an addiction . I pursued a degree in hospitality and started running weddings for 15 years in NY. I met my husband and moved to Georgia 5 years ago for a new chapter. This new chapter led to one of the best career moves that I have ever made. The experience has been nothing short of a dream come true.
